  • Kirtan & Chanting: Elevate your spirit with soul-stirring Kirtan sessions. Join your voice with others in a beautiful call-and-response chanting, creating a powerful vibration that resonates through your entire being, harmonizing your mind and heart.
  • Yoga & Meditation: Deepen your connection through daily yoga and meditation practices that align body, mind, and soul. These sessions are designed to quiet the mind, strengthen the body, and open the heart, fostering a sense of inner harmony.
  • Nature Exploration: Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Lake Atitlán's natural surroundings. There will be plenty of free time for self-guided play as well if you’d like to explore what the area has to offer.

Casa Floresta is a new property in an expanding area on the lakefront of Pasajcap,
​ between the towns of San Marcos la laguna and Tzununa. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED: 
  • Guests will have their own private bed in a shared room (two participants per room).
  • Morning smoothie coffee/tea; two delicious vegetarian meals daily (brunch and dinner) and an afternoon snack.
  • Unlimited bottled drinking water
  • Daily yoga, kirtan, ceremony, and special activities coordinated by your hosts. There will also be optional activities at additional cost and/or plenty of downtime to explore the area on your own or just relax in quiet solitude on the beautiful retreat grounds.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
  • A free private arrival boat for our group to Casa Florestra/Colibri from Panajachel.
  • The first day we start with check-in from 2pm. The first meal served is dinner.
  • The last day we end with breakfast. Checkout is 11am from all accommodations.
  • Guests will be responsible for their own airfare and transportation to and from Panajachel. We can provide a list of options for transportation from the airport and help guide you through this process.

  • 9:00am-9:30am - Smoothie break
  • 9:30am-11:00am - Discourse on Bhakti Yoga
  • 11:00am-12:00pm - Brunch
  • 12:00pm-4:30pm - Optional guided activity/free time
  • 4:30pm-5:30pm - Restorative yoga/self-care 
  • 5:30pm-6:30pm - Dinner
  • 6:30pm-8:00pm - Kirtan/Ceremony

About Your Hosts

Stevie Goggans: 
Stevie, E-RYT 500 HR, has been teaching yoga for 10+ years and facilitating group ceremonies and yoga teacher trainings locally and internationally for 6 years. She is a lover of Bhakti yoga, cacao, sharing from the authentic heart & gathering in community. Stevie has been to Lake Atitlan quite a few times and it is one of her favorite places in the world because of its ancient wisdom held in the mountains & Mayan culture as well as its stunning, natural beauty. She always finds magic there and she is so excited to return and hold space for others to find the magic also.
Faith Donnelly:
Faith has been a student of yoga for over 20 years and a certified teacher since 2015. This tradition is the foundation from which she lives her life and it is her mission to share it with anyone who seeks peace, harmony, and joy. Spiritual development requires daily devotion and continuous practice but there's nothing like being immersed in a nurturing retreat close to nature to shake off the dust of life and return to center in one giant leap. As an eternal student, Faith enjoys traveling and learning about other cultures and has visited Lake Atitlan before where she fell in love with the atmosphere and general spirit of the people there. She is thrilled to be teaming up with Stevie Goggans and returning to this beautiful gem of a place to hold an immersive, transformational retreat.
