For those who have difficulty getting on and off the floor, or those who prefer the use of oils and lotions on the skin, we offer swedish and deep tissue massage on the table. HOT STONES "Melt" is the word most commonly used to describe the effects of hot stones on your body. This is one of the most nurturing ways to sooth tense muscles, increase circulation to stiff joints, and drift away into a deeply relaxed state of mind while freeing up stubborn restrictions without the need for heavy pressure. THAI HERBAL BALL
A steamed herbal compress not only smells amazing but also reduces inflammation, sooths pain and stiffness in the joints, and allows for more depth without the use of heavy pressure. This is a wonderful, traditional Thai technique which will enhance your experience with the therapeutic benefits of heat, herbs and aromatherapy. If adding to a Thai massage, we advise that you wear dark colored clothing to avoid stains.

Your feet are your foundation and a healthy foundation is the beginning toward moving freely in your body. Walk and stand with greater ease by getting deep into the small muscles and connective tissues of your feet beginning with a hot towel cleanse, followed by a salt scrub to remove dead skin to prepare for a deep foot massage with the traditional Thai stick. Can be added to either Table or Thai massage. Additional 15 minutes. - $20
